We are a busy, successful restaurant and sports bar with four locations in Nebraska. The successful manager trainee will spend time at all four locations learning all operational functions and responsibilities including quality control, purchasing, inventory control, budgeting and financial reporting, staffing, scheduling, safety and maintenance. Some travel and overnights will be required. You must be available for days, evenings and weekends, and willing to relocate upon successful completion of training. We offer an excellent salary and benefits, including PTO and a 401(k) with generous employer match. Ideally, we prefer at least three years of management experience in the bar, restaurant or hospitality industry, however, we will consider management experience in other service fields.
